Since 2017 Steffi and Simon have been managing the hut, and from 2022 Beate will be joining the motivated hut people.
Our goal is to spoil hikers and visitors with regional and seasonal delicacies. What we can grow ourselves in the garden, produce
homemade schnapps, cook jams, try our hand at bacon, pesto, chutneys and juices. Pesto, chutneys and juices and have fun to think of new delicacies again and again.
